RULES OF ADMITTANCE 2012

INDEMNITY: Limpopo Windpomp Fees grounds held at Euphoria Gholf Estate are entered at own risk and subject to the rules of the organisers and of Euphoria Gholf Estate, as well as any other property where the organizers arrange activities, are entered at own risk.

The Organisers, Euphorbia C.O. School, Euphoria Gholf Estate, any owners, management and/or workers of any property where activities are provided, the sponsors, management, parents and workers do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, death and/or injury.  The Visitor indemnifies the Organisers, Euphorbia C.O. School, Euphoria Gholf Estate, any owners, management and/or workers of any property where activities are provided, the sponsors, management, parents and workers from liability for any damage, loss, death and/or injury.  

Upon entry to the premises it is unconditionally consented in person, as parent and or guardian, and duly authorised thereto by my spouse/partner, that I/we, the minor may participate in all activities of the Festival. Visitors acknowledge that they were made aware of dangers on entry and participating in activities and that they may vacate the premises at any stage when uncomfortable. 

The workers, Organisers Euphorbia C.O School, Euphoria Gholf Estate, any owners, management and/or workers of any property where activities are provided, sponsors and performers are indemnified and exempted from any claim and/or liability, I/we/the minor may suffer as a result of entering the premises, or any other premises or place, which includes public roads, whether participating or not, in activities, visiting animals, or otherwise may have suffered, including claims for loss, injury or death, and to hold them harmless.   

I/we are aware that the animals may act contra naturam, even if they are trained animals, and must at all times be considered as dangerous. I/we are aware that potentially dangerous activities are ongoing and that animals may be encountered on the premises. I/we am aware that there is no work relationship between the exhibitors, performers, providers of entertainment, owners of the any properties where activities are provided, and the Organizers of the Festival.  I/we enter the premises and participate in activities at own risk, which risk I/we accept on behalf of myself/ourselves and the minor(s). I/we consent to injury/damage and are aware we may suffer damages, losses and/or injury, including death in participating in activities, visiting of animals, and/or on entering the premises where activities are provided.   

I/we are aware of the consequences of the abdication of rights, which I/we understand and this is done without undue influence and out of free will.   

FEE & RULES : An admittance fee is payable by visitors/the public at the grounds of Limpopo Windpompfees held at Euphoria Gholf Estate. 

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED – LICENCED PREMISES

  • No liqour or food may be brought onto the premises.  If a visitor is in breach hereof, the visitor may be asked to vacate the premises.   
  • The visitor may not cause any disturbance, be engaged in any fighting  and/or after hours be or sleep at unauthorised places.  
  • No persons under age of 18 or Scholars may enter the Beer Garden without supervision.
  • No person is allowed to feed animals and no animals may be visited without adult supervision.
  • Any vehicle in unauthorized area may be towed and stored, for which costs the relevant person is liable.
  • SECURITY: Naboom Windpompfees will supply security at the grounds but can not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of whatever nature.   
  • No photos and or videos of the performers may be taken, made or used without the written consent of the Organisers and/or performers.   
  • The Organizers will be entitled to remove any person, or request any person to leave the premises or to vacate a certain area of the premises, or to confiscate any prohibited item without compensation.
  • On entering of the relevant premises, the visitor confirms that he/she is aware of, and understands, the terms and conditions and that he/she accepts same and will adhere thereto.   
  • The Organisers reserve the right to amend the Rules and Conditions without prior notification.
